Thank you for expressing interest in The Band Project (working title)

The application form is split into a series of questions and should take you approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Please complete all parts of this form, answering all questions with as much detail as possible. Once you have entered your name, email address and phone number, the form will save every time you hit the ‘Save & Continue later’ button and you will be emailed a unique registration number with a link so that you can log back in to continue your form whenever you would like to do so.

Please note that your application is only valid once your application form has been completed and submitted. Incomplete application forms will not be considered.

Before you start to fill out the application form we would like to explain that the information you provide will be used by us (Remarkable Entertainment) to select potential contributors for the program and, if you are selected, in the production, broadcast and exploitation of the program. Full details about how your information will be used can be found in the broadcaster Privacy Statement and the producer Contributor Privacy Notice and we have some terms and conditions that also apply to the application so please read both of these using the links below.

The closing date for applications is midnight on 31^st May 2024 (the ‘closing date’). The producer reserves the right to extend the closing date at its discretion without notice.

To begin your application, please read and agree to the following Eligibility Requirements:

*All personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the broadcaster Privacy Statement and the producer Contributor Privacy Notice. You have read, understand and acknowledge the privacy statements.

*You are, or will be at least 18 years old by 13^th May 2024 (If you are still 17 years old at the time you submit this application, please ensure you discuss with your parent or guardian and that they are happy for you to apply)

*You are not aware of anything that will restrict or prohibit you from (i) entering and staying in the US and the UK for your participation in the program and (ii) obtaining any required immigration entry clearance for the US and the UK.

*You acknowledge and accept that if you are selected to take part in the program you will need to commit to up to six weeks filming in the UK in July/August/September 2024

*You acknowledge and accept that if you are selected to take part in the Program you will be required to have a passport valid for travel to the UK in 2024.

*You are not the subject of a UK deportation or exclusion order.

*You have not been convicted of a criminal offense in the 12 months prior to 22^nd July 2024 and have never been convicted of a criminal offense with a prison sentence of 12 months or more.

*You are not employed and have not been previously employed or engaged by Remarkable Entertainment or the broadcaster and you are not a live-in partner or immediate relative (i.e. mother, son, daughter, brother or sister) of an employee of the Producer, all companies associated with Remarkable Entertainment, any of the Banijay UK group of companies (a list of which can be found here) or the broadcaster. When the identity of the broadcaster is disclosed, you will immediately notify Remarkable if you cannot comply with this term.
